Hi there! I’m Lina, a 33-year-old self-taught chef living in the heart of the U.S., and I’m all about high-protein recipes that actually taste amazing. If you’ve ever tried to eat healthy but ended up with a dry chicken breast and bland broccoli, trust me we’ve all been there. That’s why I started this journey: to prove that protein-packed meals can be exciting, flavorful, and deeply satisfying.

My love for cooking began when I was 12, back when I thought buttered pasta was peak culinary achievement. Fast forward a couple of decades (and a few burned casseroles later), and I’ve turned that childhood passion into a full-blown obsession with creating delicious, protein-rich meals that support an active, energized lifestyle without ever sacrificing taste.

I’m not a nutritionist or a fitness guru just a home cook who found a way to feel stronger, happier, and more energized through food. Whether it’s a lentil-packed pasta, a creamy tofu curry, or protein pancakes that don’t taste like cardboard, I’m always testing new ways to bring more nourishment to the table.

For me, cooking isn’t about chasing perfection. It’s about eating in a way that makes you feel strong, happy, and totally at home in your own skin. I love experimenting, messing up, tweaking, and tasting as I go. Some of my best recipes started out as “happy accidents,” and I wouldn’t have it any other way.
